The Cherry Sage (Salvia greggii) is a native plant to Texas, and its genus is Salvia. This plant is drought resistant, and survives in full sunlight! The Cherry Sage (also known as Autumn Sage and Texas Sage) would be a great plant for our garden, because it is low-maintenance, and provides food and shelter for bees, butterflies, and birds. This makes it eco-friendly, and great for Texas weather.
